Landlord counseling is conducted on a 1:1 basis by appointment in either the Wakefield or Lowell offices of Community Teamwork, Inc. The following topics are covered: $75 plus a $6.20 handling fee. Due to Covid-19 virtual arrangements may be made.

3. Finding a Tenant, types of tenancies, tenant remedies

4. Security Deposits & Last month’s rent

Advising Session/Exit Briefing for Framework Online Course – ARRANGE A TIME

CTI offers a 1 hour telephonic advising session for individuals who have completed the Framework online homebuyer course. $25 + handling

CTI offers a 1 hour telephonic exit briefing for individuals who have completed the Framework online homebuyer course. The cost is $25 plus a handling fee of $3.16.

This CHAPA approved first time homebuyer course consists of 4 classes. You must participate in all 4 classes to earn your certificate.

CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time homebuyer webinar consisting of 4 evening classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process from budgeting to closing. Guest speakers typically include a budgeting professional, mortgage loan officer, realtor, lawyer and home inspector.

April is National Volunteer Month! CTI’s Volunteer Center Team will be highlighting volunteers in the community as well as hosting virtual events to support the programs that do so much for our community. We would love for you to join us! Learn about the volunteer opportunities within the Volunteer Center Programs and CELEBRATE the volunteers who make a difference in the lives of others, every day.

The Volunteer Center Programs include all three AmeriCorps Seniors Programs (Foster Grandparents, Senior Companions and RSVP), Mill City Mentors and Spindle City Corps. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet staff, volunteers, clients, sites, mentors, mentees, and participants who are active in the Volunteer Center.
