  • Scope:  Community Teamwork, Inc seeks qualified contactors for heating system repair/ and replacement services and/or asbestos abatement services include furnaces, service calls, retrofits, and related plumbing. Community Teamwork is seeking to qualify a number of vendors to generate a list of Authorized Contractors who may be awarded individual jobs based on price quotes. Invitation for Bids – Laundry and Linen Cleaning Services

Community Teamwork, Inc. is requesting bids/quotes from prospective to offer laundry services to support the linen needs of the guests at the Agency’s emergency shelter site.  Community Teamwork, Inc. plans to contract with a qualified Linen and Laundry company to provide pick up, delivery, and laundering services, to include bedding, blankets, towels, kitchen linens in support of up to sixty (60) individuals housed by the Agency.  Community Teamwork will provide all linens, towels, and bedding.  This is strictly a laundering and delivery service.

Invitation for Bids – Security Services

Community Teamwork, Inc. is requesting bids/quotes from prospective Security Service vendors to meet the Security Support in a 24/7 manner for its Shelter Sites in Lowell, Massachusetts. Community Teamwork, Inc. plans to contract with a qualified and vetted Security Service company to provide security services to up to two (2) sites operated by Community Teamwork. Potential Bidders must respond to the bid request which includes documentation of experience, personnel training and certifications, as well as cost.
