Community Teamwork’s programs serve individuals and families at every stage of their lives. We work closely with our funding sources and community partners to adapt programs and create new ones, when needed, to meet the changing needs of people and connect them to all available resources. Our direct services provide innovative, timely programs that promote upward mobility and a higher quality of life for people and the community. We are proud of the hundreds of partnerships we have formed with organizations across our community and the commonwealth of Massachusetts to enhance our ability to provide relevant services that help people become successful and economically independent.
There are a number of handy reference guides to the resources available in our community. The Lawrence HUB produces one such guide. We will be adding more resources soon. In the meantime, feel free to contact us if you need additional help.
The Lawrence HUB was created in January 2018 in partnership with the LMCC with the intent to facilitate discussions and coordinate resources to provide individuals, families, or environments within the five identified communities in the Merrimack Valley ( Andover, Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen and North Andover) with identified supports and information. The HUB provides support and accessible resources to address situations with acutely elevated risk factors. Members of the HUB provide coordinated integrated responses through the mobilization of support and identifiable resources to address situations facing individuals, families or environments with acutely elevated risk factors.
From time to time we publish additional resources. Please visit our Publications page to view these documents including our Annual Reports.
