Come Join Our Team

Community Teamwork is a private, non-profit agency serving 63 cities and towns in northeastern Massachusetts. Founded in 1965, we have grown to become one of the largest employers in the City of Lowell, employing over 400 full and part-time members of our community.

Community Teamwork offers a rewarding work environment and understands that our employees are our greatest asset.  We provide competitive salaries and generous benefits including medical, dental and 401K plan, tuition reimbursement, and liberal vacation and sick leave policies.

Our employees enjoy doing work they love, are part of energetic teams, have opportunities for continued professional growth, and know that what they do makes a difference in peoples’ lives and strengthens their community.

Community Teamwork is committed to an equitable, non-discriminatory, and anti-racist approach in all components of our organizational structure and operations, including the job application process. We recognize that people of underprivileged backgrounds and underrepresented identities often are not afforded equitable access to resources, opportunities, and professional development. We offer professional development, training, and tuition reimbursement opportunities to ensure that you and CTI are set up for success. We encourage you to apply if you see an opening that is exciting to you and include examples of your work that you feel demonstrate your qualifications. Please feel free to speak to all experiences, skills, and educational certifications that you feel are relevant. We look forward to reviewing your application.

Please note that we receive a large volume of applications and are only able to contact those who meet the qualifications we seek.  Thank you again for your interest in Community Teamwork.
