CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time homebuyer webinar consisting of 4 evening classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process from budgeting to closing. Guest speakers typically include a budgeting professional, mortgage loan officer, realtor, lawyer and home inspector.

1. Down payment assistance in many communities in MA

2. MHFA & MHP One mortgage programs

2. NOT ELIGIBLE for HUD approved mortgages – Our Framework online course is HUD approved
