Community Teamwork partners with Action Inc., ABCD, Inc., Eversource Energy, and National Grid to deliver Appliance Management services.
- In an attempt to reduce your electric consumption, Community Teamwork may replace for free your refrigerator, freezer, and window A/C unit with a new “Energy Star” certified appliance, made possible with National Grid and Eversource Energy funding, provided your appliance qualifies based on energy consumption.

Eligibility Information
Tenants occupying 1-4 family buildings may be eligible for Appliance Management services as long as they are receiving the utility discount rate or eligible for fuel assistance and pay their own heating utility bills (condominium projects with more than four units in the project are not eligible for this program).
