Community Teamwork developed the 60-unit Merrimack Valley Apartments complex in 1983 on a seven-acre parcel with plenty of green space. Two residents are elected annually to serve on the five-person Board of Directors along with three Community Teamwork Board members. The complex has a community room where many social and recreational activities occur for the residents throughout the year.

  • Serving low-income elderly and disabled residents.
  • Income requirements are up to 50% of median income.
  • Beautiful facilities with a social room and opportunities for residents to serve on the board.
