This CHAPA approved first time home buyer course consists of 4 classes. You must participate in all 4 classes to earn you certificate.

CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time homebuyer webinar consisting of 4 evening classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process from budgeting to closing on your home. Guest speakers typically include a budgeting professional, mortgage loan officer, realtor, lawyer and home inspector.

Course cost: $75

– The Home buying Process – Down Payment Assistance

– Choosing a Mortgage – Legal Issues of Purchasing

– Home Inspections – Working with a Realtor

– Credit Reports & Budgeting – Single, multi, condo ownership

CERTIFICATE IS GOOD FOR 2 YEARS

CERTIFICATE MAKES YOU ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR :

– Down payment assistance

– Mass Housing & Mass Housing Partnership mortgages

– NOT ELIGIBLE for HUD mortgage approvals – Our Framework online course is HUD approved
