Community Teamwork’s First-Time Homebuyer Webinar (October 19, 20, 26 &28)

This CHAPA approved first time homebuyer course consists of 4 classes. You must participate in all 4 classes to earn your certificate.

CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time homebuyer webinar consisting of 4 evening classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process from budgeting to closing. Guest speakers typically include a budgeting professional, mortgage loan officer, realtor, lawyer and home inspector.

MUST ATTEND ALL FOUR SESSIONS

– The Home Buying Process – Down payment Assistance

– Choosing the Right Mortgage – Legal Issues of Purchasing

– Home Inspections – Choosing a Realtor

– Credit Reports – Budgeting

– Single/multi family/condo homeownership

CERTIFICATE MAKES YOU ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR:

– Down Payment Assistance in many cities throughout Massachusetts

– Mass Housing & MHP One low-interest mortgage rate loan products

– NOT ELIGIBLE for HUD mortgage approval – Our Framework online course is HUD approved
