A program of the Entrepreneurship Center, Community Teamwork has sponsored the Lowell Farmers’ Market since 1979, offering fresh, locally grown produce from area farmers, as well as honey, baked goods, prepared meals, hand-crafts and more, in a beautiful, urban setting. While you shop, enjoy live entertainment, cooking demonstrations, and activities for the whole family! The Lowell Farmers’ Market is a Department of Agriculture authorized Farmers’ Market.
The 2026 Market will be held at 350A Dutton Street – in front of the Hamilton Canal Garage

The Lowell Farmers’ Market 2026 season will take place on the following Fridays at 350A Dutton Street from 1–5 PM:
July 10th – Grand Opening Celebration
July 17th – WIC Coupon Distribution Day
July 24th– Market Closed in Observance of the Lowell Folk Festival
July 31st – Kids & Family Fun Day
August 7th – Wellness & Self-Care Day
August 14th – Community Connections Day
August 21st – Food & Flavor Festival
August 28th – Pets & Pals Day
September 4th – Back to School Market Day
September 11th – Grandparents & Seniors Day
September 18th – Arts & Crafts at the Market Day
September 25th – Meet Your Farmers Day
October 2nd – Vendor Appreciation Day
October 9th – Fall Harvest Festival
Payment and benefit acceptance varies by vendor. If you are unsure whether a vendor accepts a specific benefit or payment method, please ask the vendor before shopping.
Cash
- Cash is accepted at all vendor tables.
Credit & Debit Cards
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted at select vendor tables.
Venmo & Cash App
- Venmo and Cash App are accepted at select vendor tables.
- Digital payment options vary by vendor, so please check with the vendor before purchasing.
WIC & Senior Coupons
- WIC benefits and Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) coupons are accepted by participating vendors only.
- Accepted benefits and payment methods may vary by vendor.
SNAP (EBT) & HIP
- SNAP/EBT: SNAP benefits are accepted by participating vendors only. Currently, Bitz N Peace Farm accepts SNAP/EBT at the Lowell Farmers Market.
- HIP: The Lowell Farmers Market does not currently offer or have any HIP certified vendors.
